Heidi is an IFS Informed Registered Dietitian, Mindfulness Teacher, SoulCollage® Facilitator and Co-founder of the company 'Vitality at Work'. She runs an individual consulting practice as well as offering online programs, retreats and workplace wellness programming. She has been consulting for individuals and organizations for over 25 years. Heidi provides a unique perspective by combining her expertise on nutrition and exercise with her passion for mindfulness, body awareness, self-compassion, parts work, self-discovery and intuitive eating.
Heidi has also worked alongside some of the worlds top athletes including National, Olympic, Junior, and Rep in a multitude of different sports. She is the author of the practical sport nutrition handbook entitled "Nutrition for the Long Run" and the wellness manual “Food, Hunger and Habits” where she explores practical tips to achieve better health.
