Heidi’s Kitchen Newsletter: Each month I’ll be ‘setting the table’ with ideas and recipes for a healthy mind, body and soul. See what looks inviting to you. Take a taste of something new and perhaps you’ll even linger long enough to explore some of the depths of feeding your soul. I’ll be sharing concepts and connections related to body image and finding freedom with food. There will be information related to eating for exercise, menopause, anti-inflammatory lifestyle, mindfulness, stress management, SoulCollage® and the Internal Family Systems model of getting to know our parts to better understand our relationship with food and body. My recipes will lean toward incorporating PLANT BASED protein into your usual way of eating. If you are a meat eater, that’s great too. You’ll see a variety of recipes and ideas. I consider myself a “Flexitarian”… I eat mostly plant based foods with a mix of meat and dairy. Each recipe will offer alternatives and substitutions to meet your personal preferences.
